I greatly dislike comments that comment on the shipping rather than the product but this time I must. I reviewed THREE--count 'em--THREE VERY bent books (and one was obviously used) before finally receving a fourth copy that was in very good shape.
That said, this book is mainly for the med school or resident but I'm in primary care/hospitalist and I find it as a useful reference. Have I read it cover-to-cover? No. Will I? Probably not. But I refer to it maybe once or twice a week and you cannot beat the price for the quality. Kudos to Harvard Medical School and its students for this great book.
